Heather drank quite often and quite a lot with her drinking friends. One Friday after all of her classes were finished, she started thinking about the amount of alcohol she ingested and the excessive and irresponsible drinking of her pals. It should not come as a huge surprise that what Heather articulated would result in a heated discussion. For instance, her best friend since her freshman year in high school, Maeve, articulated that they are too healthy and too young to be concerned about excessive and irresponsible drinking. Another classmate named Alexander thought that since most high school students drink there is no rational reason why they should be any different. Another buddy named Aimee said that all she wants to do is to have fun drinking with her pals. And still another friend named Dean in reality agreed with Heather primarily because his parents were both alcohol abusers and both of his parents had a history of alcohol related issues.

Heather told her classmates that she comprehended everything that they had articulated but that getting involved in abusive and careless drinking at such a young age in all honesty cannot be very healthy or something that contributes toward establishing a worthwhile life. Undeniably some of her drinking pals became more open and started to reveal how these alcohol addiction and alcohol abuse effects had affected their parents and some of their friends.

After going over some of the alcohol dependency and alcohol abuse problems that are related to abusive and unhealthy drinking, most of her friends seemed to agree to the idea about getting information on the web. They were, conversely, uneasy about discussing their drinking situations with anyone at school. As Heather reflected on this she whispered to herself, "at least they want to learn more about their unhealthy and abusive drinking. This is a wonderful start."
