I Want To Loose My Belly Fat!

There will no doubt be a time in your life when you look in the mirror and say to yourself “I want to loose my belly fat!” This might even be sooner than you think if you aren’t taking care of your health. Some people are put off because gym fees are so high and that they think they will be the only overweight person there. But of course times have changed and gym fees are very affordable and many overweight people go to the gym everyday.

So you won’t be alone!

But if you still think you are too overweight to join a gym, then here’s a fantastic fat burning routine you can do at home and burn more than 100 calories each time you do it. It only takes 10 minutes too, so you will definitely find the time to do it.

The first thing you are going to do is skip. Find a skipping rope or something safe you can use as a skipping rope and do it for around 2 minutes. The next thing you will do is to perform a squat thrust movement. So stand up straight and slowly lower yourself down facing forward. Then thrust your legs out behind you and move into a push up position. Do one push up, then thrust yourself back up to standing position again. Do this for one minute only.

Loose Belly FatNext, move back to skipping and do it for 2 minutes straight. Then it’s back to the squat thrusts for two minutes this time. The difference here is that you will lift each leg for a few seconds when you are in push up position. These are called leg lifts. Do one leg each time and then thrust back up again.

Then it’s back to skipping again for 2 minutes. Then squat thrusts as before only this time when you get to your feet, you will jog for 5 repetitions. Make sure to get your knees as high as you can.

Finally you finish off with a couple of minutes skipping again.

Do this everyday and fat will just begin to melt away from your belly!
