Having the time to work off belly fat is one thing people find difficult. Not everyone can go for a run for an hour each day. We all have busy lives both at work and at home, so exercising can be tricky to fit in. So what you need are exercises that will work fast and are also easy to do.
Here are some ways to work off belly fat fast:
Supersets – Whether you are weight training or doing normal exercises, you will probably do them in sets. Each set will have a certain number of reps. Normally you may do, for example, 10 bicep curls then relax for a few minutes before doing another 10. What a superset is, is not having the break in between. You do your normal set of 10 and then immediately move on to do another 10 without resting. Of course you will find the second set more difficult but it is burning an extreme amount of calories and great for burning fat.
The Body Part Switch Set – This is quite similar to a superset but what you do is perform one exercise for say 10 reps, then move onto another exercise which targets another body part and do that for 10 reps. You can have a small break in between but it should be as quick as you can. Again this is great at turning on your body’s fat burning switch.
Full Circuit – Now we go to the ultimate in fat burning exercises. A full circuit means you choose approx 4 exercises and do them all straight after each other without a break. So maybe, 10 sit ups into 10 push ups, then 10 bicep curls into 10 tricep pushdowns. This really gets your body pumping and a great way to burn calories.
To work off belly fat, you really need a whole body exercise routine which will reduce your overall body fat percentage.
