You should try and avoid foods that are high in calories and carbohydrates and instead opt for foods high in protein and fibre. Plenty of fruit and vegetables are vital for their nutrients and antioxidants too.

Avoid ChipsExercise – Yes, you’ve been avoiding it for long enough! To lose excess body fat you have to exercise. It is the fastest way to burn off calories. Without it, it may take you years to lose the same weight as you could do in just a month or two. So start some kind of exercise and do it 3-4 times a week. It can be running, walking, swimming, cycling, basically any aerobic exercise that gets you out of breath.
