#1 – Don’t Skip Breakfast
A common myth that people believe is that if you skip meals and eat less, you are going to lose weight. But this is absolutely not true and won’t give you any benefit at all. Breakfast gives you the energy you need to get through the morning. Without it you will start getting hungry and when lunch time comes you will eat far too much. Plus having breakfast speeds up your metabolism and kicks your body into gear. So never skip breakfast.
#2 – Morning Workout
Even before you have breakfast, you should try and get 30 minutes of exercise. This is because your blood sugars are low and you have burned off carbs during the night. So in the morning you will be burning fats instead of carbs for energy. So, exercise and then have breakfast because it will make you hungry.
#3 – Plenty of Rest
You should ideally get 7 hours of sleep each night. If you don’t sleep for this long your body’s metabolism will slow down and won’t be burning off as much fat.
So your ideal plan to begin burning off stomach fat is to sleep for 7 hours each night, exercise for 30 minutes as soon as you wake up and then eat a healthy breakfast. You’ll see the weight dropping off in no time!
